Who We Are
R+R Pools and Spas was founded by Robert Covington, owner of the award-winning construction and development firm Stylistic Design Developers (www.sd2inc.com). Stylistic Design Developers is a trusted name in custom homes, luxury townhome communities, and luxury medical spaces since 2005, servicing Florida and the DC, Maryland, and Northern Va.
As the 17th of 19 siblings, Robert grew up surrounded by family, and one of his fondest memories was spending summer days swimming at the Northeast Winter Haven, FL., Recreation Center. It was there he fell in love with pools, not just for the fun, but for how the pool brought the community together.
After nearly 20 years in construction, Robert saw homeowners frustrated by rising pool costs and long delays. R+R Pools and Spas was created to change that by delivering high-quality, efficient, and affordable pools using ICF construction and clean, modern designs.
At R+R Pools and Spas, we’re not just building pools. We’re building memories, one backyard at a time.
Dream it. Believe it. Build it.
At R+R Pools and Spas, we specialize in high-end rectangular and square ICF pools built with Nudura One Series forms — the same technology used in modern energy-efficient homes. Every pool is designed for strength, speed, and style — with projects completed in as little as about 4 weeks once permits are ready. Our builds include Diamond Brite plaster interiors, top-tier Pentair equipment, and a lifetime structural warranty — because your backyard oasis should outlast trends and weather alike.
Why R+R
Fast timelines. Transparent pricing. Energy-efficient design and long-term durability. That's the R+R difference — where craftsmanship meets peace of mind.
